The International Congress for Joint Reconstruction SouthEast Asia (ICJR SEA) invites the submission of abstracts that report new research developments in the areas of orthopaedic reconstruction. Abstracts are welcome from physicians, scientists, researchers, and trainees in all sectors, including academia, industry, government and education.

Submission Requirements
Before submitting an abstract please review the submission requirements and gather the required information. Abstracts may only be submitted electronically.

Abstract Title
Abstract title is limited to (1) one line or a maximum of 16 words.

Presenter
Each abstract may indicate only one presenter. Data required:
  • first name
  • last name
  • affiliation
  • full mailing address
  • e-mail address
  • phone
  • year of residency (if applicable)
Presenting authors will receive all communication from ICJRSEA regarding the outcome of the submission and are expected to share that information with the co-authors.
  Co-Authors
Each abstract can include a maximum of 12 co-authors. Data required:
  • first name
  • last name
  • affiliation
  • affiliation location
  • e-mail address
     
Abstract Text
Abstracts are limited to 500 words, not including spaces. Abstract text should not include authors, references or acknowledge funding sources.
  Abstract Images
A maximum of (2) two images may be attached to the abstract.
Reference in your abstract as needed. (Such as: See Figure 1 or [Fig.1]). Accepted file types: jpg, jpeg, png, gif.
     
Published Works
Accepted abstracts will be published in the online journal, Reconstructive Review. Work that has been previously presented at local, national or international meetings will be considered for presentation at this meeting; however material that has been already published, as a manuscript in a peer-reviewed journal, will not be considered.

If your abstract has been previously published in the proceedings of scientific meetings, but is not yet a published manuscript, it will be considered for presentation, but cannot be re-published in Reconstructive Review for copyright reasons.
  Registration
All abstract presenters are required to register for the meeting. Abstract acceptance does not constitute meeting registration.
